Assurance and Quality Control Program Summary
Overview Adamson Analytical Laboratories, Inc. maintains a comprehensive and effective Quality Assurance Program for ensuring that data generated by the laboratories are defensible and of known quality. Quality at Adamson Analytical Laboratories, Inc. means full compliance with all requirements. Every aspect of our Quality Assurance Program is designed to ensure that client and regulatory requirements are met. The objectives of our Quality Assurance Program are to define the requirements, train our staff to meet those requirements, and monitor performance for adherence to the requirements. Our Quality Assurance Program includes a quality assurance coordinator, quality assurance documentation, quality control with all analyses, training program, quality assessment and GMP audit, and a corrective action process. The Quality Assurance program is managed by QA / QC coordinator who reports directly to the Laboratory Director.
Adamson Analytical Laboratories, Inc. maintains a thorough and efficient documentation system. This is to ensure that all requirements are clearly documented and readily available to all laboratory staff. The Quality Assurance policies and procedures are documented in the Quality Assurance Manual which is provided to all laboratory staff. Detailed standard operating procedures are prepared and approved by the laboratory director in a standard format. The summaries of the detailed SOP's and associated laboratory forms are also prepared and approved by the laboratory director.
Chain of Custody is the documentation
